Lear Werts is excited to welcome Anthony “Tony” Meyer to the firm as a litigation attorney. Prior to joining Lear Werts, Tony served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul C. Wilson of the Missouri Supreme Court. Tony graduated with honors from the University of Missouri School of Law where he served as the Managing Editor of the Missouri Law Review, was a member of the Veterans Law Clinic, and was elected by the faculty into the Order of the Coif. Tony is a co-author of the chapter “Labor Law in the Public Sector” in Labor Law Landscape. Tony earned a master’s degree in English from Truman State University and served as an English and writing instructor prior to law school. Tony represents people in consumer protection, mass torts, class actions, complex litigation, and employment law matters. When he is not working, Tony enjoys the great outdoors with his family.
