Lear Werts LLP successfully represented a woman who sustained multiple injuries in a car crash that occurred as she was heading to work one morning.  On an ordinary, clear morning, our client was making a left-hand turn when a car coming from the opposite direction carelessly ran the red light and violently crashed into our client.  The crash totaled our client’s car.  Our client suffered a fractured sternum, head trauma, and knee, neck, and back pain because of the crash.  Our client missed a fair amount of time from work so that she could recover and go to her medical appointments.  In the end, the attorneys at Lear Werts were able to recover a satisfactory five-figure settlement to help compensate our client for the injuries she suffered.
