Lear Werts helped an injured fast food worker after he seriously injured his left shoulder and arm on the job when reaching overhead to get boxes of food during his shift.  The client suffered a complex tear of his rotator cuff, a bicep retraction, and impingement syndrome which required surgery.  After surgery, the client went through an intensive course of physical therapy as part of his medical treatment.  The firm fought for and was able to secure a five-figure settlement for the client to compensate him for the permanent disability that resulted from his work injury.
