RESULTS

Lear Werts recovered a five-figure settlement for a state employee that injured her knee while performing her work duties from a ladder. The injured worker tore her ACL when she fell off of the ladder she was working on.  A substantial amount of medical treatment, including knee surgery and therapy, was necessary to repair the ACL. The settlement that Lear Werts fought to obtain provided our client with compensation for the permanent disability she suffered as a result of her work injury.
