RESULTS

Lear Werts successfully represented a semi-truck driver who was injured while on the job.  The crash occurred on the highway when another driver carelessly pulled out in front of our client, which forced our client to wreck violently into the median.  Our client sustained multiple injuries to his back and spine, including herniated discs.  Fortunately, the attorneys at Lear Werts were able to secure two satisfactory settlements to help compensate our client for what happened to him.  First, a workers’ compensation settlement was secured and then an additional settlement was reached with the at-fault driver’s automobile insurance company.  Lear Werts was pleased to be able to assist this deserving client.
