RESULTS

Lear Werts represented a hardware store worker that suffered multiple injuries on the job.  The worker injured her neck and shoulders due to the repetitive lifting of heavy merchandise required by the job.  In a separate incident, the worker suffered a fractured rib when her chest forcefully struck a set of shelves.  The worker continues to deal with ongoing issues such as nearly daily headaches, shoulder pain, and a reduced ability to lift.  Following a mediation, Lear Werts successfully resolved both cases at the same time, which provided our client with much deserved compensation for the permanent disability that resulted from her work injuries.
