RESULTS

Lear Werts recovered a five-figure settlement for a worker that injured her lower back while moving an old, heavy printer-copier machine. The injured worker suffered a severe lumbar strain, low back pain, radicular pain in the right leg, and a small bulging disc in her low back.  The injured worker was unable to work for several weeks because of the injury. Following a mediation, Lear Werts obtained a satisfactory settlement that provided our client with compensation for the permanent disability she suffered as a result of her work injury.
