An article authored by Lear Werts attorney Anthony Meyer was cited approvingly by the Supreme Court of Missouri in a recent decision handed down by the Court. The Court adopted a similar view of “standing doctrine” that Mr. Meyer described in his article.  The article is “Standing in Missouri’s Federal and State Courts,” and was published in the Journal of the Missouri Bar in 2021. The article previously won the Missouri Bar Foundation’s W.
