Lear Werts successfully represented a hospital employee who was injured while working. The injured worker tore her rotator cuff in her right shoulder while cleaning a hospital room. A substantial amount of medical treatment, including shoulder surgery and physical therapy, was needed to repair the worker’s injured shoulder. Lear Werts was able to recover a five-figure settlement from the employer’s insurance company for the injured employee to compensate her for the injury she sustained while at work.
